I am a qualified Educational Psychologist with a Master’s degree MEd (Educational Psychology) from Wits University. I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as well as the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF).

I have 15 years’ experience working with children and their families in a variety of settings including Private Practice, non-profit organisation and schools. Within the mentioned systems, I specialize in social emotional assessment of children, voice of the child assessments, primary residency and contact investigations, parent-child attachment evaluations, and reunification/bonding therapy. I am a mediator and I regularly volunteer with the Pro-Bono Mediation project at the Benoni Children’s Court. (I am currently busy with my registration with the South Africa Association of Mediators SAAM).

Another passion of mine is parenting and is 2015, I became an internationally Certified Parent Effectiveness Training facilitator with Gordon Training International. My personal mission with regards to parenting is to help parents communicate/ relate to their children better as I believe that “there is no single effort more radical in its potential for saving the world, than in a transformation of the way we raise our children.” – Marianne Williamson.
