My journey with PET began when I became a parent myself. Like many new parents, I realized that I didn’t have the skills I needed to raise my children in the way that I wanted to.

Parenting is not something you get to do over, and I believe that building strong connections and investing in the parent-child dynamic should be a priority for each of us.

Through my rich history in both occupational therapy, and psychology, and as an attachment-based sleep consultant, I have learned that by investing in positive parenting practices, parents help their children thrive both in childhood and throughout their lives.
